What an incredible weekend we had down in Houston , Texas.  Being based out of Michigan we were definitely ready for some 90 degree weather after the winter we had.  We packed up all the Dream Garage goodies and headed South for the annual Camaro fest event. Each year thousands of Camaro enthusiasts find a location in the country that can accommodate a car show , race track and autocross and this year Royal Purple raceway in Houston was the choice spot for the gathering.

We brought down the Camaro powered 59′ Chevrolet apache truck featuring all components from the Dream Garage partners and a really cool Pirelli tire rack the folks at Cargo Glide made for us. Now we have Camaro’s we could have brought but when theres already a billion of them there why not bring something out of the box ?  Kinda our idea. We also brought the Chevrolet Supersonic concept and it was received so well by all the show goers and enthusiasts partly because its got a lot of ZL1 flavor and also because many of the folks have Sonics as their second or third vehicles.

The Dream Garage display is unlike every other vendor displays and really has great interaction with people , they can touch and feel all the products even put them to use if theyd like , we are there to not just show off but to show potential customers the difference and quality they cannot see by looking at websites or catalogs.  We strive to show off all the partner products to everyone even if there not in the market currently so when they are they’ll remember the products and features we showed them.

Cold air inductions was a big hit in Houston with the Camaro folks, no surprise.  We also had a lot of interest in the Gladiator Garage components as Im not sure its as big of a household name in Texas. A lot of people never even heard of the Gladiator Brand tool storage and accessories, which was great for us to really show off all the components we had on board.

Next show is Nashville Goodguys weekend in Tennessee , We’ll be bringing out the Camaro and the Pirelli Apache to show off to all the hot rodders and custom enthusiasts.
